Scammers, Taken my holding deposit and saying I am not eligible for renting the property. More than 4 weeks now to following them to return my holding deposit. No response from them, I have given my holding deposit to Eleanor O'Neill. Stay away from this cheater.

Entwistle Green found me a tenant for my property back in January 2016. It was a tenant find service only and therefore the deposit needed to go into my protection scheme as I was managing the tenancy going forward. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent fees would be fine had they provided a good service, I'm just frustrated that for 4 months I have not been able to receive the deposit which I want to protect foe my tenants
