We found Scott at Gobbitt and Kirby (G & K Estates) to be a very experienced agent with considerable local knowledge who demonstrated great competence and provided a very professional service. He was quite prepared to go that extra mile to co-ordinate all parties involved in the sale of our property and to ensure that completion was successfully achieved. He and Lorna make a successful team with great communication skills with a very approachable and friendly manner.

Appalling on every conceivable level. Almost pathological inability to take any responsibility for any action. Withheld rent collected on my behalf for 4 months. I was told this was quite normal! Had a viewing arranged for 3pm. Rang to say would be 10 min late, only to be told by the agent that she had cancelled the viewing at my own request "because the house was not near a shop/pub" - this being a house in the middle of a town! Nothing. She was rude and incompetent and there is no way I would use them again.

I have found the staff of the Woodbridge branch consistently rude, unhelpful and obnoxious.
