I have dealt with 12 Trees Accommodation for a number of years through both maintenance management and individual property management, and have been very satisfied with their services. Louise and her team have always been very responsive, professional and friendly when called on to resolve any matter, which is a rarity in this industry.

Have been with this agency twice now and such bad experiences both times. My friend has also had the same trouble too. We expect agents to be fair and reasonable. Twelvetrees are anything but fair and reasonable . Perhaps they should consider treating people fairly, their reviews are awful which is not surprising
