Incompetent bordering on the dishonest. Failure to do sufficient due diligence on tenant, failure to maintian property properly, failure to retain funds from deposit despite advising they would do etc etc. Failure to ensure that tenant complied with terms of lease ~ pets, heating/ventialting the property etc Failure to respond to emails enquiring re above. Likely to take legal advice if can find time and stomach.

Unprofessional, disorganised, & unapologetic Estate agent didn't show up for a scheduled viewing appointment at Woodsome Park. When i saw this particular property on rightmove i rang the agency almost every single day for two weeks for a viewing which there reply was waiting to hear from the landlord and they would contact me. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
