Unprofessional, disorganised, & unapologetic Estate agent didn't show up for a scheduled viewing appointment at Woodsome Park. We rang the office to see where the agent was and we were advised by the call taker that she had been held up and was '15 minutes away'. This was clearly a lie as we waited an hour in total and Naomi didn't show up and she also didn't have the courtesy or courage to get in touch with us and admit that she would not be honouring the appointment. We rang her mobile (which we obtained from the agency's answer phone message) several times; these calls were ignored and just rang out, and she did not return any calls despite being aware were waiting for her. The next day another agent left a voicemail with regards to the appointment saying that 'she didn't know what happened' with no apology or explanation for the inconvenience and disrespect shown to potential customers. This is therefore an issue for potential future customers as either a) they are unable to undertake a simple root cause analysis to establish why such an error occurred or b) they know why the error occurred but were not honest about it.

When i saw this particular property on rightmove i rang the agency almost every single day for two weeks for a viewing which there reply was waiting to hear from the landlord and they would contact me. Incompetent bordering on the dishonest. Failure to do sufficient due diligence on tenant, failure to maintian property properly, failure to retain funds from deposit despite advising they would do etc etc. Failure to ensure that tenant complied with terms of lease ~ pets, heating/ventialting the ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
