Our property was brought to the market quickly - brochure within three days and first viewing after a week. I have only managed once to get these agents to send me any details for properties that I am actually interested in. What agent could do to change your mind?
If I were selling a property I would want to know that my agent reacted to buyer requests immediately and followed them up promptly. I would also expect them to have a better understanding of what their registered buyers are looking for.
