Horrendous! Staff are very rude, **, they lie and they will ignore emails or calls. If you are trying to get your deposit back from them, they pretend it doesn't exist, hoping that you are stupid enough to give it up. We have left the property over a month ago and we still have not seen a penny back from the deposit. Any calls and emails were ignored by the manager, David! The others pretend To have no idea what I am talking about. I have worked hard for that money and even though it might not be much for you, it is for me and for my family! I have a small child and leaving me like this to have to literally BEG for my money is absolutely disgusting behaviour! You should be ashamed of your behaviour, David and James! It really is not the right way to treat people! Only remember that what goes around comes around! They Will say anything to get rid of you instead of listening to what you have to say or trying to solve the problem. Once they have your money, that is where their good nature ends. They will delete all the bad reviews and post some with 5 stars for good measure. Horrible people!!! I have left the property in a good condition, came to clean it up a few times and have come up to clear the last remaining items and put them in the bin or recycling. I honestly can say I have not been spoken like this ever (and by someone who demands respect and pretends to be a 'professional'!) and I still cannot think of anything I have done to make their agents treat me with such disrespect. My husband drove with my son for over an hour to get to their agency only to be treated with the same attitude as they did me over the phone. All this started because they refuse to give us our money back. Of course we are angry of this - this is not the way to treat people. I asked the agent to provide me with a quote for clearing out the house and to send it to me. He said he won't. I asked why and he said 'I don't WANT to and I don't have to'hellip; the level of unprofessionalism in this agency is beyond any level I have seen. Instead of working with people, they seem to be working against them. This is very bad when they have to deal with people day in and out! Beware of these guys! I would recommend you go elsewhere. I will leave a review for each one they delete! We are putting in a formal complaint and will follow the correct procedure to complain to the Ombudsman! Return my deposit!!! It has been over a month and you have no right to hold our money! Absolutely disgusting behaviour! This is why estate agents get bad rep - because of people like you!

10 Feb 2023Hi Cristina, I came across your review I couldn’t agree less when you say they are racist. They are trying to do the same with us regarding our deposit thinking we are young so we are dumb well we are not dumb we got a family solicitor who actually went through our contract and emails from them, found out they have not have given us any proof of a Tenancy deposit protection (I’m not going to get into details I can explain all that later) we were told to wait 10 days after our tenancy ended before making any claims and now we are taking them to court. But basically long story short we can take them to court and not only claim the deposit but claim up to 3 times the amount they are holding from us because they never put our deposit with a government backed up scheme Please if they haven’t given you any details regarding your deposit being protected under any government scheme which by law they should have done and protected your deposit get in contact with us our solicitor will be happy to help (free of charge) it’s a family solicitor don’t worry, this will only make matters worse for them because it’s not one person claiming all this now it’s actually two and I promise I’m going to find out every last person they done this to and get them involved Don’t be bullied by them they are in the wrong from what i read I’m pretty sure they haven’t give you details regarding your deposit being protected and you will get up to 3 times the amount if it’s true Please get in contact with us let’s show simmons they are not above the law and we won’t be bullied and their racial profiling needs to stop. 15 Feb 2023These a false reviews, we hold all deposits in a custodial scheme with the government approved scheme company "MyDeposits" without fail. We never withhold deposits unless our client is seeking compensation from the tenant for damages. Fortunately it is very rare that we have to take such action, unfortunately tenants who cause such damage seem to be the ones who place this sort of review.
