Rude and unprofessional - One agent Answered questions by shrugging shoulders and pulling faces- Extremely unprofessional when we came to view the house. Very poor customer service. We were treated like a nuisance for turning up to view the property because the landlord had decided to sell. No one informed us of this change prior to us attending the viewing and no consideration for our time taken to go and see the property. Further, We were treated like a nuisance for our interest in renting a property from them and making an offer to rent. Questions were answered in an unprofessional manner with shoulder shrugs . Extremely poor service.
