We are an independent London Estate Agency based in Spitalfields E1, covering the City, Docklands and surrounding areas of Central London. We offer an extensive Lettings and Property Management service to our clients.

Our Aim
With a career in estate agency our director saw a gap in the market. In particular the levels of customer service our Landlords and tenants receive. No amount of technology can replace a personal touch and service or local knowledge. So we set out to build an organisation that sets us aside from others, an organisation that is built on trust, reliability and a good reputation.
Our unique advantage is our team of highly experienced, fully trained property professionals – friendly and helpful people, many of whom live in the area that have great local knowledge.
We aim to be transparent, placing the customer before the commission and allowing no seller, buyer, landlord or tenant to be left in the dark, with all processes being as clear as possible.

We met with several letting agents and chose Capital Heights/Deepak because of his personal approach. He is knowledgeable about the market and succeeded in getting us two very good offers in less than 24 hours. Communication throughout has been clear which has been very important for us as new landlords.
