Avoid this company like the plague. I've used this company in the past and had dealings with their Group Managing Director John Lipper who fraudulently swindled £15k from me and my tenant and was going to declare himself bankrupt until I ended up taking him to court. The judge ordered him to pay the funds he owed us but failed to pay so we dragged him back into court within 28 days before threatening to freeze his accounts and got our money. He is untrustworthy and do not trust this company. They went by Madison Brook before but now changed their name by adding international at the end of it. Do not trust this company unless you wanted to be frauded by them.
