Least professional agents in London. There is no sense of urgency or care for anyone. They are rude and aggressive. Living with bed bugs and mice for months and very little was done. Now we had a water infiltration that left our mattress soaked and have no electricity and the agent said - what am I supposed to do? My question is - why do you still have a job?

I lived in a property managed by this agency for 6 years. Looking back, I don't know how I managed to cope for all those years. Rent was raised without a new contract and we were forced to back-pay from a arbitrary date.
