I lived in a property managed by this agency for 6 years. Looking back, I don't know how I managed to cope for all those years. One particular staff (as far as I could see they only have 2 permanent staff) that I had to deal with for the whole tenancy is utterly incompetent, unprofessional, and worst of all, a truly horrible person who cares for no one but himself. There were a number of times when the boiler for the whole house broke down (they manage all four flats in the house), and despite our repeated request for repair, nothing was done for weeks at a time. In one occasion, we offered to arrange a plumber in ourselves and to fix the boiler, to which the landlord and the agency responded by aggressively and threatened to evict us. When I was moving out, I paid a professional clear, who did a great job cleaning the whole flat, however, they picked on the tiniest bit of dust, almost as a last-ditch attempt to syphon money off from my deposit. There are just too many horrid stories from our awful experience with these people - Please do yourself a favour, be wise and stay away from this place.

Least professional agents in London. There is no sense of urgency or care for anyone. They are rude and aggressive. Living with bed bugs and mice for months and very little was done.
