Dreadful! Avoid this company, A2Dominion owns Jigsaw Housing Association and Fabrica too. They lie and deceive tenants and leaseholders. They demand fees that neither in any of the contracts you and solicitor signed, nor you agreed to. When you ask them to explain why, they say it's because the "inflation has gone up and we need to pass on the cost to customers". They demand money for sinking fund despite the fact they never told you about this in the first place, but they choose to charge you under the service charge heading without your knowledge. They charge you for 6-8 hours of cleaning per week, despite the fact their cleaners hardly ever spend 30min doing their job. Never, ever buy or rent a property from this unethical cowboy company. They never reply to your emails on time and if you talk to them on the phone, they always change their position to what suits them best. This company and all other companies, so called housing association, are not providing affordable housing under the government's housing acts. They choose to threaten tenants and leaseholders with legal action when being challenged. They always refuse to give you a direct answer, because all they know is to manipulate and deceive people! Avoid, avoid and avoid this awful company!
