these people are the most heartless disorganised incompetent housing association i've ever come across.
i was subjected to some really bad ASB where i live. We are having to move due to a3 dominions incompetence escalating a serious issue, and all the have done is re banded us and then told us to go private rent...
This is a case of serious gross negligence and will be reported as such to the ombudsman

Living in Hightown Gardens was very good . The transition to Oxford Road accommodation was even better. Complaints were dealt with Promptly . Property manager of Horton site ,Tajil , is very efficient he is always ready to assist in time of need. Very informative and has his tenants interest ... Read Full Review

Living in Hightown Gardens was very good . The transition to Oxford Road accommodation was even better. Complaints were dealt with Promptly . Rating provided only because you cant put zero.I am in the unfortunate position where I have to deal with a2dominion on an annual basis, in over 10 years not once have they got the annual service charge correct on the first attempt. Rating provided only because you cant put zero.I am in the unfortunate position where I have to deal with a2dominion on an annual basis, in over 10 years not once have they got the annual service charge correct on the first attempt. Their billing is not transparent, I would recommend anyone who has to deal with this company to check the charges for work they state has been carried out, they have a duty to provide you with a breakdown of their charges, I am seriously thinking of reporting them to the Office of Fair Trading. We are in the Stanwell Middx area.

The a2 house I was living in was in a state of disrepair, the kitchen was falling apart, there was mould, leaks, and all sorts of problems that occurred. Getting hold of them to send someone to fix the problem was so difficult, often no one even answered. When eventually you got through, they would send someone round but about two weeks later. When the maintenance team tried to fix the problem, they sometimes actually made it worse!? Once causing a massive leak from the sink in the kitchen and once from the bath, which leaked through into the lounge downstairs through the ceiling.

The plumbers they have are useless. The service charges are high and they don't provide much of a service at all. Maybe mowing the grass outside once a month. And in terms of rent, they are very aggressive when even you're in arrears of the tiniest amount, even for as little as £50, they send you texts and ring you, asking to meet with you at your home. It really worried my mum.
