Looks like I'm the second Chris to have to write a review about the Downend team in terms of property management. But from the tenants perspective. As a tenant, you can look forward to a service that provides 0% interest in dealing with any of your requests. On day 0 the process was full of attempts at taking a whole bunch of money for unnecessary add on. Including forced purchase of tenants insurance. And after a recent attempt to change my payment date which was all but shut down. I was left with no choice to approach my landlord directly who was perfectly understanding I'm the matter. Landlords, I'd have to second to comment that you'll basically cate for the property yourself of you have ocean manage it. Tenants, you probably won't have a choice in the matter but try and steer clear if you can.
