After seeing various other estate agents in the Woking area we were losing hope in humanity! So when we first met Rachael at the first property we were relieved to discover that not only was she a normal human being but a very nice one at that. She allowed us ample time to view the property without lingering over our shoulders and we did not felt rushed or pressurised at all throughout the viewing. The selection of property we were given to view was also perfect and fit the brief we gave exactly so much so that we took the very first one we were guided to. Everything following was professional and not unpleasant in the slightest with good communication through phone calls, emails and mailed letters and I would definitely recommend to anybody looking in the Woking and surrounding areas. Very very satisfied!

Grosvenor billinghurst are splendid. Utter professionalism and friendly personalities has made dealings so easy and hassle free.
