After seeing various other estate agents in the Woking area we were losing hope in humanity! So when we first met Rachael at the first property we were relieved to discover that not only was she a normal human being but a very nice one at that. After seeing various other estate agents in the Woking area we were losing hope in humanity! So when we first met Rachael at the first property we were relieved to discover that not only was she a normal human being but a very nice one at that. She allowed us ample time to view the property without lingering over our shoulders and we did not felt rushed or pressurised at all throughout the viewing. The selection of property we were given to view was also perfect and fit the brief we gave exactly so much so that we took the very first one we were guided to.

Everything following was professional and not unpleasant in the slightest with good communication through phone calls, emails and mailed letters and I would definitely recommend to anybody looking in the Woking and surrounding areas. Very very satisfied!

Grosvenor billinghurst are splendid. Utter professionalism and friendly personalities has made dealings so easy and hassle free. Their fees are not expensive (there are some v overpriced fees out there!) I understand they have 2 new staffings and I have spoke to both of these ladies who deploy... Read Full Review

Grosvenor billinghurst are splendid. Utter professionalism and friendly personalities has made dealings so easy and hassle free. Their fees are not expensive (there are some v overpriced fees out there!) I understand they have 2 new staffings and I have spoke to both of these ladies who deploy equally high standards and professional natures as the other two ladies I've dealt with in the past. I would thoroughly reccomend any landles to entrust their property with this agency. Thank you!
