Knight Frank is unprofessional real estate agent with unprofessional property management! We have rented an expensive house in the heart of Knightsbridge . During the viewing we were told that the house is newly renovated with heated floors. Knight Frank personnel seem to aim for good level of customer service only at the offer stage. Once you've moved into your new house, property agents couldn't care less. As soon as we moved in, it has all begun, no heated floors, drain issue followed by leaks in two bathrooms. Property management seems to be on vacations most of the time. It took us 6 months to have the drain and leak issues sorted! Six months after complaining and chasing the property management, sending videos, photos and calling them every day! No one seemed to care. The house was practically falling apart, newly painted house started to get cracks on the walls. It was such a relief when the contract ended and it was the time to move out but our nightmares were just about to start. It has been two months now and there is still no sign of our deposit being returned because Knight Frank's property management can not get the quote for 2 scratches on the floor with their contractor. They keep £22K deposit to sort out two scratches. Communication with these guys became a full time job. We have rented 6 houses in the past and well familiar with the process but never have we encountered with such a bad service. The property manager Ms Emily only replies once a week after we send her reminder emails, we practically have to chase her to receive a reply and all she says is that it might take time. Never again will we deal with this estate agent, terrible customer service and incompetence beyond comprehension!
