What can I say, 15 years being a conveyancer and only once have I had a transaction worse than the sale of my house. But Jo and Val and the team were truly excellent in keeping me calm and reassuring me we would get there. From the initial valuation to viewings, and the offer I cannot fault Carvers. I accepted an offer in February, 3 months after putting it on the market ( only I could choose Christmas and a new year to try and sell), due to some circumstances and solicitor changes on the buyer's side, I completed towards the end of August, but this is by no means the fault of Carvers, they were mostly excellent throughout and both privately and professionally I find them approachable and they get the job done, communication is key and they kept me fully updated, even to say there had been no progress. I cannot thank you enough - onwards with a new chapter in my life with my children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone - again privately and professionally! It won't let me tag you Jo!

Carvers Estate Agents in Darlington I found to be wholly incompetent, untrustworthy and dishonest in their lacklustre, faltering and unprofessional conduct. My property was on their website for several weeks but you could not find it using the village name or the correct number of bedrooms, which in my opinion is not providing the service you are paying for. What agent could do to change your mind?
The estate agent is supposed to be providing a service, why should I drop patients to leave work early, let alone take my precious time off for them to visit my house for 30 minutes to an hour to tell me what price my house is worth! Several other estate agents said I\'m really sorry we no longer value on weekends but I will speak with my manager and see what we can do, they go back to me in minutes saying that they can do 6.30pm on a weekday night. It is little things like this that show which agents care about customers and customer service!
