Trying to buy a property advertised with this agency is almost an impossibility. Unless you're a landlord, they aren't interested. They want the commission from the sale, but also the management fees from landlords.

They are trying to charge £80 for an ID check. which is nothing more than a sales lead for lifetime legal. Solicitor agrees this is overcharging. He charges £7.50 Mortgage company do for free. And yet the estate agent needs £80. Lifetime legals own website says ... Read Full Review
