*UPDATED. Our agent called us to apologise about what had happened and we really appreciated this. She also offered to give us another viewing before we move in* Beyond bad. Had our first viewing of our flat we brought off plan and the estate agent couldn't be less interested. She rushed us round then told us she had another viewing in the block of flats but we saw her drive off. She couldn't answer any basic questions and knew nothing about our flat. Couldn't have been less interested if she tried!
