The agents never sent us a confirmation email for our viewing, were unhelpful on the phone when we called to ask about it, and at our viewing (for which we had to walk up and down the road to find) the agents stood at the door chatting whilst we were left to wander the property on our own, posing a risk to the current tenants' property if we were inclined to steal or cause damage while unsupervised. They did not send us an offer form despite us asking and only did after we called for the second time to request one. The form itself was very badly drawn up so we will not be dealing with them again.

Owner is a total cowboy - highly unethical. Represents everything to avoid in an Estate Agent. Misrepresented our offer in order to trick another buyer into a higher offer. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
