We fully withdrew at that point without making a revised offer but they proceeded to pretend we were still in the game to get another buyer to increase their price under false pretences, even sending a letter to make it look like an auction. Unethical at the very least. On top of that he was patronising to women and despite getting good service from one of their female agents, he decided to insert himself in the process and was aggressive, condescending and rude to my female partner on the phone.
