Appalling letting agency. As others have said, disgusting treatment of tenants. The house was full of damp and mold and needed many repairs, which weren't carried out until I ended the tenancy. No inspections undertaken for the last 5 years of my tenancy and had to wait for a month to get my deposit back, which only happened after threatening to open a dispute with TDS. This company should not be allowed to stay in business.

Do not work with this agency - If I could leave a minus five star rating I would. The flat we rented through them was infested with flies, this was never dealt with. I have let my house through Ashton Roberts for 3 years now. Chris has always kept me up to date regarding any issues, minor or otherwise.
