Following my initial Landlord Letting enquiry, I have found that CLS are extremely organised, experienced and astute with regards to letting my property. Their customer service and relationship skills have exceeded my expectations and I could not recommend them higher. They carefully and diligently reviewed applicants who showed great interest for my property, and selected those most suitable in line with my individual preferences. CLS clearly describe the whole process and outline the requirements for a new landlord. They have organised all necessary certificates with ease, including additional requirements I personally requested. This includes a boiler service and professional cleaning service. Seema, Narseen and Ayaz are very professional individuals who demonstrate a great understanding of their business, including their knowledge of the industry/market as a whole. Whilst remaining professional, each are extremely friendly and display brilliant social skills. CLS are great.

Previous tenant was a smoker. Was assured by agent it'd be steam cleaned by the time I moved in. It wasn't. It still hasn't been 6 months later. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
