I haven't used CLS before, this was the first time and i am surprised with their customer service. I want to thank the Agent first, he was very responsive at each time when i contacted him. The property was in pretty good condition at the time when i moved in. Hope i will get this service in the future also..

Previous tenant was a smoker. Was assured by agent it'd be steam cleaned by the time I moved in. It wasn't. It still hasn't been 6 months later. Dubious claims made about the tenancy and frankly alot of nonsense like them not fixing problems with flat & sending a cleaning crew of 1 ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
