Property marketed and viewed with a shower. Signed on dotted line, arrived at flat and no shower! I was told by young lee that the landlord had taken it out and I would have to take it up with her. I beg to differ - I would never have moved in if young lee had been honest in the first place. I had to make do for 6 months and move again when contract ran out. By rights, young lee should refund me for all the hassle they put me through. In reality, they made leaving as difficult as possible, by messing me around with references and not being upfront about info they would not give out before charging you yet another fee! I'll never take on a property with this devious lot again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Offered to cover the cost of moving and additional agent fees as a result of their dishonesty

23 Apr 2013Good afternoon DizzyD I am both concerned and disappointed to read these comments, as you do not mention your name I am unable to comment on this particular incident, however would be pleased to discuss this in further detail with you if you would like to call me directly at the offfice I do feel that we are clear and concise with regard to fees charged and that all staff here would certainly address any change that a Landlord may make between you viewing the property and moving in I look forward to hearing from you in due course

Worst Lettings agency ever. Rudest people and crazy high fees. Anything goes wrong with the flat they take weeks to sort it out. Don't mind paying for good service but this was a joke! I have never experienced an agency like it.. Rude would be a compliment in regards to their customer service! My tenants now skip contacting Young Lee for any requirement for the rented property, the tenants come to me directly as the Landlord as Young Lee seem unable to manage the letting successfully. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
