I have never experienced an agency like it.. Rude would be a compliment in regards to their customer service! I have never had a conversation with them that didn't involve one of them being stand offish if not completely vile. Takes them weeks to get any maintenance issues dealt with and consistently don't receive voicemails or emails! For such a small office I find it impressive that they can't manage to communicate with each other when they receive any form of information that needs to be passed on to another member of staff! Renewal fees go up consistently and for what? What are we actually paying them to do? Avoid at all costs!!

Worst Lettings agency ever. Rudest people and crazy high fees. Anything goes wrong with the flat they take weeks to sort it out. Don't mind paying for good service but this was a joke! My tenants now skip contacting Young Lee for any requirement for the rented property, the tenants come to me directly as the Landlord as Young Lee seem unable to manage the letting successfully. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
