As per other reviews - they illegitimately take money off your deposit. You have been warned! I had month and months of torture at this flat, with terrible neighbours, include the police being called etc. They did nothing. They did nothing at various times during the tenancy. The move in ... Unprofessional and outright criminal agency - if you think about renting with them stay away!
