We moved into a property last year (which we like a lot) but the property 1. wasn't cleaned 2. the agency didn't send us a certificate of our deposit protection in time so we had to hunt them down for it 3. no real onboarding was given 4. agency is extremely unresponsive and impossible to reach. They didn't even try to rectify any of the initial issues. The landlord has debt collection letters coming to our address stating property will be forfeited for not paying ground rent. We noted this to the agency to change the address, to get them to pay, but no response. We have been now hunting them down on the phone for 2 days to help us, no response on email or phone. This is extremely stressful, as we have paid our rent a year in advance and have a two-year lease. It makes us really uncomfortable to know how this agency has no protocol, no communication stream, nothing. Comparing to other agencies before this is bad business. Unprofessional staff with no focus on keeping good clients in their portfolio of tenants. What are you thinking???

As per other reviews - they illegitimately take money off your deposit. You have been warned! Unprofessional and outright criminal agency - if you think about renting with them stay away!
