We had a very positive buyers experience with Green and Company. Sarah Darvill was our main contact and was excellent throughout. She responded quickly to any of our questions and was very efficient at liaising with estate agents and solicitors up and down the chain. She was well informed and particularly effective in checking progress regularly, being skilful in reminding solicitors and conveyancers of the diminishing time scale and persuading them that a perhaps renewed focus might be needed to keep everything on track! Our thanks also to Kevin who showed us around the property prior to our offer and also assisted us on the occasions when Sarah wasn't available.
