all they are interested in is money very rude staff in the office. since i have lived in the property im in now 2 people have claimed they paid deposits the same time i did and were moving in to the property when i challenged connells they tried to keep me quiet by telling me everything was dealt with. ongoing investigation still in progress. i also complained about issues within the property that i wasnt happy with a letter with improvements was provided to the landlords over 2 months ago nothing has been dealt with and when i complained they became more vile and told me i had to collect my electricity tokens from the main office ... very nasty spiteful people

when i raised concerns to the landlady she took matters into her own hands and caused damage to my vehicle when i challenged this with her she seemed very guilty and it ended up costing me a lot of money to repair my vehicle this happened on more than one occasion very upsetting and difficult... Gripe is with there maintenance team. This company is not a estate agent, it's more like a aggressive direct sales company. Basically if you don't take your mortgage out with them, forget any house you see advertised by them.
