Moved into our rented flat two years ago- within three months our entire bedroom ceiling caved in. Thankfully nobody was in the room, called/ emailed to get someone out ASAP to which they replied it would be 3 weeks… 3 weeks of soot and god knows what lying in this room with all our personal belongings. Albeit it was during the pandemic, this was an urgent health and safety matter. Finally they managed to 'fix it', and now for the last 3 months, bits of our living room and hallway ceiling are starting to crack and bits of cement falling to the floor. We've tried numerous times to call and email to no avail, until last week they replied saying they had no correspondence from me (lies) and that it would be weeks before someone could come out to survey the flat. I am truly truly concerned that I will be walking in my flat and the ceiling will collapse yet again, with much worse consequences. This is truly the worst agency and level of professionalism I have ever encountered lol. Truly at a loss right now.

find it hilarious that all the good reviews are from the Landlord / Owner and family & friends. If you value your deposit DO NOT LET FROM THESE PEOPLE OR HARVEYS PROPERTY. They provide substandard accommodation and then try to deduct ridiculous amounts of money from the deposit ... Read Full Review

Renting from Harvey Property since Dec 19. What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more supportive on assisting the tenant to carry our much needed up keep of the falling down accommodation to leased out.
Comments on Agent Fees
I disagree with Harveys Property attempting to charge me late fees for non payment of monthly rent as I refused to pay monthly until the dealt with repairs and rats infestation. I agreed to pay weekly until the resolve the issue but they attempted to charge me late fees.
