Harveys Property

Renting from Harvey Property since Dec 19. First thing I noticed was how cold the entire flat got at night time, with large windows from the extended ceiling to the floor not been covered so heat always rapidly escaped. They refuse to assist me to cover the windows up at my own cost. The painting looked as though it had not been done in some 5/6 years however I was astounded to hear Rebecca and Nicole both from HP advise me that the flat had only been painted 11 months earlier. This is obvious lies. Harvey Property offer poor customer service. I found it impossible to negotiate a tidy up of the living space as they refused saying it was not in their budget. I offered to purchase the paint if they supplied the handyman but this was not acceptable. The flat was infested with rats and they just told me previous tenants never complained. I found it extremely difficult to get the name of the manager. Most of the emails I received communicating with Harvey Property has no signatory so I am unsure who I had been communicating with.
