I would never use another agent! Sean came out to value our house and had it to market and sold within 48 hours. We knew we could have held out for more viewing and more money, but Sean was aware that we had a dream home we wanted to offer on and so time was not a luxury we had. He delivered on all counts as we sold quickly and for more than we were originally expecting to. Our dream home offer was then accepted - but disaster struct when our mortgage was refused due to spray foam in the roof. Again, Sean was on hand to offer help and advice as we navigated keeping our dream home, our mortgage offer and our sanity. He helped us confidently negotiate with our sellers and mortgage company to get things back on track. Finally we were in a complete chain and Helen-Marie took over our day to day management. She is amazing, she navigated up and down the chain expertly - often doing the job of the other agents as they were unable or unwilling to step in and help/take calls/chase things up. Not so Helen, she was aware of exactly where the chain was at any time and I eventually stopped even calling my selling agent as Helen was more likely to have the information anyway! I definitely recommend the team at Hunsbury and, whilst I am hopeful I will never move again - if I do, would only use O'Riordan Bond.
