I would never use another agent! Sean came out to value our house and had it to market and sold within 48 hours. We knew we could have held out for more viewing and more money, but Sean was aware that we had a dream home we wanted to offer on and so time was not a luxury we had. He delivered on all counts as we sold quickly and for more than we were originally expecting to.

I would never use another agent! Sean came out to value our house and had it to market and sold within 48 hours. We knew we could have held out for more viewing and more money, but Sean was aware that we had a dream home we wanted to offer on and so time was not a luxury we had. He delivered on all counts as we sold quickly and for more than we were originally expecting to.
Our dream home offer was then accepted - but disaster struct when our mortgage was refused due to spray foam in the roof. Again, Sean was on hand to offer help and advice as we navigated keeping our dream home, our mortgage offer and our sanity. He helped us confidently negotiate with our sellers and mortgage company to get things back on track.
Finally we were in a complete chain and Helen-Marie took over our day to day management. She is amazing, she navigated up and down the chain expertly - often doing the job of the other agents as they were unable or unwilling to step in and help/take calls/chase things up. Not so Helen, she was aware of exactly where the chain was at any time and I eventually stopped even calling my selling agent as Helen was more likely to have the information anyway!
I definitely recommend the team at Hunsbury and, whilst I am hopeful I will never move again - if I do, would only use O'Riordan Bond.

An absolutely awful estate agent firm. Never use them. Unprofessional and rude. We sold our family home with them and bought a new house from them. the agent could have burnt in hell, then I would have been a little happier!

Sold our property with O'Riordan's, all good so far. We then viewed a property that had previously been on their books but didn't sell. Whan the manager of O'Riordan's , East Hunsbury, found out which property we had an offer accepted on, he went to the sellers directly.
He then proceeded to talk them out of selling their house to us, and to drop Merry's (who was representing them) as he could get them £20k more ....... or so he claimed (he never did, it did not sell). He cajouled and persuaded, so much so, the sellers took their house of the market and we were not able to buy it.
GUZUMPED by our own estate agent!!
This was THE MANAGER!!!!!! his only response was that it didn't matter they would find us another house!!!! We attempted legal action, but as they sold our house (after we showed it to all prospective buyers, they could never be bothered to show up!) they hadn't actually breached any contract, although what they had done was morally wrong.
They also aparently make up rather rude nick names for all their clients to pass the time, sooooo professional.
I would NEVER EVER buy a house that was for sale through this agent, sell a house, let a house, ar even let them post a leaflet through my door. They are cowboys do not use!!!
