I cannot praise Cheffins enough for all their work. Me and my boyfriend were first time buyers, we was completely in the dark with most things and very nervous when it come to viewings. Andrew showed us around and made us feel at ease from the moment we met him outside the door, filled us in on all the details we needed to know and answered the questions we had. Caroline who we spoke to in the office was amazing also, I was always emailing her and calling her with any concerns I had. She chased up solicitors, updated us with any updates from the vendor, vendors solicitor and what was happening next. When it come to picking the keys up Caroline was so welcoming and excited for us it added to the excited buzz for us! They were very helpful with us collecting keys in between our working hours. Thank you to Andrew, Caroline & the sales team at Cheffins in Haverhill.
