Very good experience from start to finish. Initially I wasn’t completely sure if I really wanted to sell my house, but I was curious to see how things would go if I tried. I said this to Ryan at our initial consultation and he was not trying to push me into making any decision; he gave me an idea of how much he thought the house might be worth and then left me to think about things and get back to him in my own time; he never once chased me. When I finally decided, Ryan came out again and took photos, took the time to answer my questions and he was just genuinely nice. The team did all the viewings, I didn’t have to be there, which saved me a lot of stress. Within about three weeks I had a buyer who offered the asking price. From this point my main contact was Caroline (who had sold me the house years ago!) and she was brilliant. She communicated everything in a timely manner, was always very approachable and available to offer advice and reassurance, and again, she was just genuinely kind. I’m sure her personality, customer service and communication saved me from giving up and/or losing my buyer a couple of times during the process (things weren’t straightforward with my new purchase). I felt in good hands all the way through and really couldn’t recommend this team enough.
