I've had a fantastic experience with Cheffins and I wouldnt hesitate to rent through them again.
The team was always professional and quick to respond to any questions or issues.
Maintenance requests were handled promptly and all process are explained clearly.
Special thanks to Taylor Anderson (Property Manager) for going above and beyond during our tenancy period and for guiding us all the way. He was also very helpful during the end of our tenancy.
Cheffins sure set a high standard and would highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent.

I can only say how wonderful working with them has been from our side as tenants. Whatever issue we have had with the property (a jammed lock, a faulty fuse in the washing machine, need of new bulb socket...) was always resolved within 24-48 hours by a professional, and also the periodical checks on the boiler and on smoke/CO2 detectors have been carried out regularly. Even during the pandemic we have always felt supported. My compliments go also to the choice of contractors, who have always been really efficient.

Initially I was surprised to see that they inspected the flat every 6 months with a very detailed report including pictures, but I understood this is not only a way to keep landlords informed about the status of their property, but also a way to suggest replacements and improvements for the tenant's benefit, for which I am really grateful.
Speaking with other people who also rent(ed), we realised how outstanding was the service we received, especially from A.G. the person who was in charge of our apartment, therefore I completely recommend working with Cheffins as letting agency.
