Having been in the property I am currently renting for 51 days now, I feel totally misled and let down by this agency. I was told it was very quiet with no children - there are lots of children, five of them in the property next door to me alone! I was told the landlady owns the whole block, including the shops, - this is not the case. For the rent I am paying, this property is certainly not worth it. Having been of very low mood when I viewed it, I did not fully appreciate how much work is actually required to bring this property to an adequate standard. There is more silicon in the bathroom than in Cher (and that's a lot), kitchen tiles are held on with blue tac and there is not a level floor in the whole place! The property requires extensive modernisation throughout. I live in hope of being able to find another property soon as this place is dire!

We were totally let down by this agency. It did not fulfill its own Tenancy agreement. When checks were finally made after 3 years the property was virtually uninhabitable. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
