If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this agent. They don't communicate. They don't reply to emails. I had an offer accepted on a house. I wanted a second viewing. After chasing, I was told they'd accepted an offer from someone else. No chance for me to bid higher, agent completely cut me off. Fobbed off every time. Oddly though, weeks on, the house is still advertised as for sale.

Would not recommend for landlords at all. The initial contact with Chancellors was via Kayleigh who was great. A very professional young lady helped me and provided a good insight into the property and others in the area that I may be interested in.
