I have used Kingston Berkeley for buying/selling and rental property services over past 5 years. I cannot rate the services I have received, highly enough. Charged us to clean the property after we left even though an entire clean of the house was done the week before and they never cleaned the property before we moved in as there was still food in the ovens. The renting process with Kingston Berkeley was very efficient. After we viewed the property the full process was completed online, this was a great advantage as my housemate was in England.
