The renting process with Kingston Berkeley was very efficient. After we viewed the property the full process was completed online, this was a great advantage as my housemate was in England. Kingston Berkeley ensured all was in order for us moving into the property and arranged for us to be met at the property with the owner for a full induction and handover. I would highly recommend this agency.

Charged us to clean the property after we left even though an entire clean of the house was done the week before and they never cleaned the property before we moved in as there was still food in the ovens.
