Interesting that the most reviews suggest the landlords that use Upp are very pleased with their service. Tenants and perspective tenants are quite the opposite. Bad, as they endeavour to take as much of your deposit back as possible, regardless of your effort to ensure house is as was when tenancy began.

I recently had the misfortune of meeting Robert who turns out to be the owner of the company. I was amazed at how arrogant one man can be on a first meeting. What agent could do to change your mind?
Just be a bit more friendly and listen to other peoples opinions. Try to make the prospective tenants feel like they are important and not just a piece of shit on your shoe.

Nothing i would not trust this agent, communciation is appaliing and no consideration for their tennants and their safety...theives...i assume the good quotes from \'Bob\' is actually Robert himself.

I am incredibly angry at the poor service provided by Oakham property service. I'd arranged a viewing upon this day 20-8-13 with an agent at the property I arrived at the property 10 minutes early then begun my wait for the agent to arrive I waited 40 minutes before I rang Oakham property... Hmmm where to start, so dissapointed by the lack of customer service. So many phone calls to get things put right, they don't pass messages on between staff & it can take literally weeks to get things done or a simple response.
