This will be LONG, but Nick Lawton of Nock Deighton has been absolutely remarkable throughout the entire marketing and selling process. 16th June 2021 Nick first went out to The Cedars and met with my mom and to give her a home valuation. Dad was still around, but was in a local nursing home with his dementia, as mom couldn't cope any more, being disabled herself AND having cognitive issues. In August 2021, my dad sadly passed. The brochure was beautiful! The online presence for the property was fantastic, with the beautiful video that was made showing the property off to its best advantage. The result from the auction was beyond our wildest expectations.. from a starting bid or 634,000 to a final bid of 826,000.
