This will be LONG, but Nick Lawton of Nock Deighton has been absolutely remarkable throughout the entire marketing and selling process.
16th June 2021 Nick first went out to The Cedars and met with my mom and to give her a home valuation. Dad was still around, but was in a local nursing home with his dementia, as mom couldn't cope any more, being disabled herself AND having cognitive issues. In August 2021, my dad sadly passed. With mom increasingly unable to take care for herself, things became very difficult. We knew we would have to sell the house when mom was finally moved to Parkfield Grange in Stourbridge (an amazing 5 Star care home!)
It was decided to auction the property, as it was pretty unique in many ways. Throughout the whole process.. from dealing with the joint ownership and my dad deceased, to changing locks, to alerting us to issues with the property.. trees down with winter storm damage, and with me being 2,500 miles away in the US, Nick became my UK go-to.on MANY issues and not just the property directly. Nock Deighton/Nick Lawton, you went BEYOND the call of duty!. Nick was liaising with the solicitors over plans and boundary issues, and much, much more, always maintaining a professional stance, but he became a friend of the family, and a special and reassuring rock for me also during this whole time.. what with losing my dad and dealing with the trauma and issues associated with that, and my mom.
The brochure was beautiful! The online presence for the property was fantastic, with the beautiful video that was made showing the property off to its best advantage.

The auction? Nick had been taking clients around for several months; sometimes 3 a day almost up to the day of the auction starting 3 weeks ago. The result from the auction was beyond our wildest expectations.. from a starting bid or 634,000 to a final bid of 826,000.
Nick. if I could you 6 STARS, I would do it.. needless to stay, we have handed off the sale of my mom's apartment to this company, and HIGHLY, ABSOLUTELY will tell you that you will find no better Estate Agent!

I Put my property on the market with Nock Deighton and within 24 hours I had viewers and had offers on it.
