I am shocked with the level of service & experience that I experienced on Saturday, 23rd April 2022. If there was a minus star rating, Daniel's would get this, they do not even deserve a 1 star! I had a viewing at Grasmere Avenue, Wembley, a 3-bed house for sale marketed at £599,950. Never have I ever experienced such vile behaviour & un-professional mannerism from any human, forget about being a professional estate agent! The viewing was carried out by a so-called MICHAIL, who even refused to tell me his name! When we arrived, Michail asked all the applicants to stay outside the property & that the viewing would be carried out with all applicants together, in one go. I am surprised as to how over 5 different applicants & their family members were meant to see the property all together? Not to forget we still have covid going about. It was an event day in Wembley, we had come in two cars as we work at different locations, the drive was blocked by another applicant's car, so we parked on a permitted street (no paid parking was available) & asked Michail if two of us could view the house whilst the other member watched over our cars and looks out for parking wardens. Michail told us off, saying the viewing had to be done with everyone present together and that we could not spilt up & if we did, we would need to re-schedule the viewing to another date. I was shocked by his response! So, we took our chances & saw the house together despite having no parking permit & it was an event day! Next, I was offered a brochure, which I turned down as I have all the material and information via email & online. Michail's comments to me You come to a house for a viewing & refuse a brochure? I chose to not respond to such a shocking remark. Next, my wife & father were told off several times by Michail in a harsh rude voice stay together all of you, you must see each room all together, you cannot go around and view at the other rooms separately, all of you must see the rooms together Shocking! Bear in mind the rooms are tiny and 3 people cannot fit & view a room together. As Michail told us off, I asked him to lead the way as he had suggested we could not view the rooms/house just like a normal house viewing & it would be best if we followed him. He looked at me extremely furious, a violent look, in a way that he would punch me in the face & said Do you want to see the property or not? You can leave, there's the door! I was gobsmacked by this comment Next when we went to the top floor, the three of us tried to look the rooms & bathroom, as Michail did not lead the way. Michail was furious again & told us off saying can't you'll understand? you must see each room together, the house is tenanted and there are things, people can easily rob & take away things implying we were thieves! The house was a worse than a skip, messy & junk thrown all over the place. I am confused as to how are three adults with an agent are meant to walk into each room all together crammed up in a tight space & view it?  I was shocked by his behaviour and to pass such vile comments to clients/potential buyers/investors? I expressed my concerns to Michail, he fobbed us off, starting arguing and said complain to the agency, do whatever and told us to just leave! Further he added that it was not his viewing & he was doing his colleague a favour by showing clients the property, this not something you say to clients & potential buyers/investors! I would never use or recommend this agent to anyone! DO NOT bother SELLING or LETTING your property through these nasty scumbag agents! Michail you are a disrespect to yourself, your family, the agency you represent & humanity!  Daniel's, is this how you conduct your business & carry out viewings by having your estate agents disrespect clients?  I strongly suggest that you train your staff professionally, learn how to speak to clients, respect people & learn manners! Your vile attitude & rudeness towards people will not get you anywhere!
