Avoid at all costs. Agency is using doggy tactics on buyers, winding price up by pretending there is another buyer making an offer of the same value, so put you in a fake price race. Another tactic used is not passing your offer to the seller and then pretending there is no reply from the seller... Read Full Review

I had booked an appointment to view a home with one of the representatives at Daniels Estate Agent. I was going to give them two-stars at first, to not seem bitter, but once I wrote this review out I realised how badly this estate agent performed for a potential customer.
