Extremely unprofessional and completely unresponsive, mostly by Charlotte Marshall, Kaan Altunay and Kelly Harrison. They didn't even respond to the damp, mould and eclectic faults issues. They gave our details to 3rd. parties without our consent. Our deposit is still not returned - 9 months after we moved out, without any explanation - we even paid for professional cleaning and painting. Avoid !!!!
