Disappointing experience with these letting agents due to both incompetence and rudeness. My fiancee and I organised to view two properties and were told at the last minute that they'd been let. Not a fan of these sites but having used Regal Lettings for many years I felt the need to redress the balance of other reviews. Regal stands head and shoulders above any other agent I have used in the local area. They are a little paperwork intensive but do explain fully how the process works.... Read Full Review

I have phoned this week Regal letting a to view a property in Rainham. The person on the phone was quite rude with me when I asked her to repeat the address of the property I wanted to see. I also told her I was living in London and so could only view a place if there were other properties for me... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have: -Been correct on the phone with me Been professional when booking my viewing Apologised to me by phoning me back and rescheduled the viewing the same day. (Or at least tried)

Having looked hard for a local agent we used Regal Estates in Bearsted, having developed a trusting relationship with tehir office manager and just taken on a new tenant the branch was closed without warning. So, the nearest branch was then the other side of Kent, a treck for both me as landlord... Read Full Review
